Join us on an exhilarating journey toward a future filled with endless possibilities!, Clearly understand the strategic priorities of NWLP and help translate these into effective people management & OD strategies, understanding how these impact on the owner Trusts. Produce the NWLP workforce and training strategy.

Provide expert insight into health and social care strategic and operational challenges, in order to shape the people agenda.

Provide expert advice on national developments in workforce, including employment law, benchmarking and innovation.

Design and implement strategies to increase inclusive management and leadership capability of all managers within NWLP at all levels.

Manage the training and development team and function.

Lead on training, development and OD for NWLP. Leading on the development of the values and behaviours framework and designing appropriate PDR documents to reflect NWLP values and behaviours.

Lead the implementation of the NWLP approach to talent management and succession planning, in line with overall NWLP plans, ensuring that individuals are attracted, developed and retained within the organisation.

Develop new models of working to meet current and future business needs, looking at skill mix and role redesign and new ways of working to improve the patient experience.

Lead on making full utilisation of the apprenticeship levy for NWLP.

Be the facilitator of a working in partnership approach between NWLP and the trust's P&OD team, monitoring standards, reporting performance, obtaining and sharing feedback for improvement.

You should be educated to masters level or equivalent experience, be a Chartered Member of CIPD, able to demonstrate the ability to deliver results in an environment undergoing major organisational and cultural change.
