Full Job Description
- Caring nature with experience supporting children aged 6 months to 4 years
- Eagerness to learn and improve outcomes for children
- Flexibility to adapt to the nursery's daily needs
- Effective communication and listening skills
- An understanding and compassionate approach towards the Little Angels family
- Full-Time: 36 hours per week over 4 days, Caring for and educating children from 6 months to 4 years old
- Creating a safe and nurturing environment with purposeful and appropriate play opportunities for learning
- Communicating with and supporting families
- Safeguarding lead for all children and team
- Supporting the manager to ensure Little Angels is following and implementing the EYFS
- Responsible for the day to day running of the nursery when the manager is not on site
Minimum Level 3 Early Years (UK equivalent) qualification - Experience interacting with children and families within a full day nursery
- Leadership experience, GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- Childcare: 2 years (preferred)
- early years qualification (level 3 or above) (required)

About Little Angels: We are a full-day nursery open from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday, year-round except for bank holidays and a Christmas break.
