Full Job Description

We are excited to invite on board an experienced and dedicated .Net Developer who will play a pivotal role contributing to Neptune's software development lifecycle, from project initiation to deployment whilst ensuring our projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to our brand specifications.

With strong experience in .NET development, along with some super experience in database management, API development, and Kubernetes, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing, developing and maintaining high-quality .NET applications and solutions to meet business requirements and objectives

  • Writing clean, efficient and scalable code in C# and .NET framework, adhering to coding standards and best practices

  • Leading and participating in technology change initiatives, including software migrations, upgrades, and modernisation efforts

  • Designing, developing and maintaining relational databases using SQL Server, MySQL, or similar database management systems

  • Designing and developing RESTful APIs and web services using ASP.NET Web API or similar frameworks

    You'll have strong experience as a Software Developer with a solid focus on VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, and .NET framework. You'll also have proven experience in technology change initiatives, including software migrations and upgrades. In addition you'll also have strong database development skills, with experience in SQL Server, MySQL, or similar database management systems. We're looking for someone who is able to build excellent, trusted working relationships with peers and stakeholders alike. You'll also be able to juggle workloads to meet priorities and deadlines.
