Full Job Description

  • Reading and understanding work instructions incl. drawings.

  • Preparing packs and molding components for more than one press at all the time.

  • Releasing tools prior molding using chemicals.

  • Actively participating in all projects assigned to department.

  • Using of hand held tools and power tools.

  • Maintaining safe conditions at all the times and ensuring safe work practices are followed at all the times.

  • Implementing all the company's procedures and policies.

  • Ensuring good quality of the manufactured products.

  • Communicating any problems or obstacles to Manager immediately.

  • Notifying management team on any delays and outages.

  • Assisting Manager in daily tasks to ensure all jobs are completed and production is not affected.

  • Ensuring that all equipment used in the department is properly maintained and operational at all the times.

  • Performing other duties as assigned by management team.

  • Adhering to all required company policies.

  • Using lifting equipment.

  • Working at heigh when using injection equipment.

    Experience in a similar department would be beneficial, however training will be provided.

  • Ability to operate all equipment and tools used in the department incl. vacuum lifter, drills, crowbars, hammers, pneumatic staple guns etc. (trainings will be provided)

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in operating Counterbalance could be beneficial.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with others, working as a part of team.

  • Ability to learn.

  • Attention to details.

  • Ability to work at heigh and in tight spaces when required.

  • Ability to wear all required PPE., Good communication skills.

  • Ability to effectively problem-solve, in a fast-paced environment.

  • Effective time management and planning.

  • Strong organizational skills.
