Full Job Description
Our receptionists are responsible for the non-clinical care of our patients when they attend the surgery and when they contact the surgery by telephone. They are required to welcome patients and visitors in a positive and friendly manner. Direct our patients in accessing the appropriate service in a courteous, efficient and effective way.
