Market Research and CRM Co-Ordinator

In this role you will be developing Customer Relationship Management and developing interaction with potential clients and existing clients. This role will aim to build customer relationships and streamline processes so they can increase sales, improve client service and increase profitability. You will also be responsible for creating digital marketing campaigns. You will be able to demonstrate your creative talent in digital marketing content creation, social media management and market research.,

• Develop target market information and data.


• Generate new marketing ideas and develop marketing content via email and social media.


• Develop an annual marketing calendar.


• Develop content and develop a social media strategy.


• Take control of our email marketing.


• Ensure consistent branding of company messaging across the business.


• Manage the CRM system and data update process.


• Create new business opportunities and cold call/visit future opportunities.


• Develop marketing campaigns for CleanEvent.


• Work with external parties to continue to evolve the webpage to ensure the company consistently ranked high on all search engines.


• Boost followers of CleanEvent.
  
  BA/BS in Marketing or Digital Marketing or relevant experience in a Marketing role


• Knowledge of social media practises


• Confident and influential relationship builder.


• Expert knowledge of Instagram,tiktok,youtube


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Organisational, time management, and multitasking skills


• A keen attention to detail
