M&A Manager - 12 MTH FTC

Our M&A Manager is an integral part of our Strategy & M&A team, giving you the opportunity to work closely with our executive leadership team including CEO, CFO and CCO. You will work with the Head of Strategy and M&A, Integration, and combined group team to support the delivery and reporting of post-acquisition synergies, and will actively support and encourage at all times, compliance with our quality principles, company policies and best practice in security, legal and regulatory requirements.

How will you do this?

Joining our Strategy & M&A team, you will be delivering investment appraisals, including financial modelling and investment return analysis to support the assessment of buy-side M&A opportunities, as well as conducting buy-side due diligence activities whilst working closely with our internal and external advisory partners on pipeline development and live acquisitions.

You will be a fully qualified accountant, with experience within Mergers & Acquisitions, Deals Advisory, Transaction Services or Private Equity. You will have excellent analytical and financial modelling skills as well as experience in post deal integration activities.

You should be able to prepare key documents and reports to support acquisitions, work with the Finance team to monitor and track the delivery commercial synergies post-acquisition, as well as present and pitch investment opportunities to our senior leaders in the business.
