Logistic Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Logistic Support Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistic Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the logistics process, including distribution, inventory management, and transportation. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and materials throughout our supply chain.

Hours:

• 9.5 hour shifts (7:30am to 17:00pm - Flexibility may be required)


• Day shift, Coordinate and manage all logistics activities, including distribution, receiving, and inventory management


• Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, including picking, packing, and distribution


• Utilise transportation management systems to schedule and track shipments


• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise logistics processes and improve efficiency


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders


• Conduct delivery driver data analysis to identify trends, optimise processes, and reduce costs


• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in logistics operations


• Maintain accurate documentation and records of all logistics activities
  
  Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role (not essential, training provided)


• Strong knowledge of logistics systems, processes, and best practices (not essential, training provided)


• Proficient in data analysis skills to identify trends and make data-driven decisions


• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively


• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders


• Proficient in using transportation management systems (TMS) or other relevant software
