Full Job Description
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs to introduce and embed new Cultural & Leadership behaviours across the globe.
- Partner with business leaders to identify specific leadership development needs.
- Create and manage a comprehensive learning and development plan for leadership training initiatives.
- Develop and implement effective training evaluation methods to measure the impact of programs.
- Maintain and update all learning materials to ensure best practices and compliance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in Learning & Development.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless program rollout and adoption.
- Travel may be required.
Proven experience in designing and delivering impactful learning & development programs. - Experience working in a global environment with a diverse workforce.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Immediately available to start.
- Experience in developing leadership training programs.
- Knowledge of cultural integration best practices.
- Experience working within the fresh produce industry.
- A strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS).

We're looking for a Learning & Development Manager to join our Head Office in Kings Hill Kent on a 6 months fixed term contract
In this exciting stand-alone role, you'll play a pivotal role in our global integration journey by leading the design and rollout of our new Cultural & Leadership behaviours. You'll also have the opportunity to develop and deliver leadership training programs, fostering a culture of excellence across our international teams.
