Lead Software Developer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer to join our team and lead the design and development of our Voyix Edge product line.

This is a key leadership role within the organization, responsible for driving the success of high-value projects related to complex Edge scenarios.,

• Lead the design and development of Voyix Edge products


• Support pre-sales and sales in opportunities that include complex Edge scenarios


• Investigate and develop new products involving Voyix Edge, working directly with partners and customers


• Take loosely defined projects, fully define and manage them, and present the solution to customers and the Voyix team at multiple levels


• Develop new tools and frameworks to improve engineering process skills


• Mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices


• Collaborate with DevOps team to ensure successful deployment and maintenance of products
  
  At least 7 years of experience in software development


• Networking


• Windows and Linux OS

• Strong engineering processes


• Well motivated, able to work on their own or in a small team


• Good documentation skills


• Good communication skills


• Able to present well to a customer
