Full Job Description

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic Key Projects Team Leader for our Dartford Depot to project-manage our key installations and turnkey projects across the UK.

This role manages and oversees the effective implementation of all projects and ensures they are completed on time, in budget and fully to the customer's satisfaction. It also requires you to carry out a site install follow-up manager role, assist in developing customer relationships through effective after-sale onsite follow-up and to lead and manage all personnel within the Key Projects team.,

  • Manage and oversee effective implementation of all projects through the agreed project management process.

  • Train, develop, lead, and manage your team through effective coaching and AGP execution.

  • Carry out site surveys for relevant key projects.

  • Support the pre-install process on key projects as required.

  • Assist in the building of project budgets, labour transport, materials etc.

  • Oversee the effective execution of pre-install warehouse and logistics activities.

  • Review project RAMS.

  • Maintain the promote best practice health & safety across all relevant projects.


  • Assist in the completion of key LEV reports as required for relevant projects.

  • Ensure all software tools used for project management are kept up to date.

  • Manager and develop relationships with all relevant stakeholders - i.e. subcontractors etc.

  • Carry out site install follow up visits and produce relevant reports.

  • Keep up to date with all technical product guidance throughout the RVT product offering.

    You must have a minimum of 5 years commercial experience and 3 years project management/team leader experience (Project Management Qualification APM/Prince2); experience in health & safety (qualified to Level 3 or above); MOD approved status; LEV Technical Qualification (P600/P601) desirable.


  • You will also be required to have a clear DBS check (essential), clean full driving licence, good verbal and written communication skills, good IT skills and customer relationship skills.

    This role involves travelling extensively around the UK from a base in Dartford with some overnight stays.
