Full Job Description

As we grow our global marketing team, we are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team. Supporting the delivery and execution of strategic marketing campaigns and initiatives across the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region, the ideal candidate will have proven interest in working in marketing and sustainability and be eager to learn new skills within a dynamic team environment.
On a day-to-day basis you will work with various stakeholders across the region, including the marketing team and wider team of sustainability experts, to undertake a diverse range of marketing activities to engage and inform current and future Anthesis clients. You will have the opportunity to learn from multiple marketing disciplines and get involved in a wide range of topics and campaigns.
This role reports to the EMEA Marketing Lead with opportunities for training and mentoring from across the marketing team.,

  • Creating and editing written materials such as blogs, webpages, case studies and guides

  • Working closely with the SEO and Website Manager and regional stakeholders to publish website content across international websites

  • Updating and editing digital assets, including podcasts, PDF guides and marketing materials, using Adobe software

  • Providing formatting and editing support for presentations and documents in line with brand guidelines

  • Drafting and scheduling email marketing campaigns, including managing contact lists

  • Contributing to planning events and webinars, including scheduling, research, coordination and analysing data

  • Undertake administrative tasks to support the coordination and success of marketing campaigns

  • Supporting the execution of regional projects and initiatives as defined by the EMEA team

    1-2 years' work experience in an office environment

  • A proven interest in marketing

  • A positive attitude and a proactive team player

  • Clear and concise written communication skills

  • A good eye for detail and a commitment to quality

  • Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas

  • Familiarity with social media platforms, social networking and email marketing

  • A willingness to learn new skills and work collaboratively with others in a dynamic work environment

  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects

  • Ability to think and work independently

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools (PowerPoint in particular)


  • Preferred:
  • Familiarity with CRM and content management systems
