Junior Hairdressing Assistant

Responsibilities: - Provide a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments - Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques - Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend appropriate styles - Perform makeup applications for special events or as requested by clients - Provide barbering services such as beard trims and shaves - Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience - Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon area - Assist with front desk duties as needed - Mentor junior stylists and provide guidance on
