IT Support Technician

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team. As an IT Support Technician in the construction sector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technological infrastructure across various construction sites. You will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions to ensure uninterrupted workflow and productivity., Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues across construction sites.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.

Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly, including hardware and software problems.

Set up and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring connectivity and security.

Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to understand specific IT requirements for each project.

Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.

Train staff on the proper use of IT equipment and software.

Keep accurate records of IT assets, inventory, and service requests.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking technologies.

Experience with construction-specific software (e.g., CAD, project management software) is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
