Full Job Description

We are seeking an IT Business Partner to bridge the gap between our IT, Sales, and Commercial teams. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment across departments to drive business growth and transformation. The IT Business Partner will be instrumental in leading projects, reviewing client specifications with the development team, and managing testing and delivery phases,

  • Develop a deep understanding of business processes, goals, and challenges across the Sales & Commercial teams.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify IT needs and opportunities for improvement.

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and project plans.

  • Partner with IT teams to prioritize and execute projects that align with business objectives.

  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance for IT projects and system changes.

  • Ensure that IT solutions are efficiently aligned with business needs and priorities.

  • Monitor and report on project progress, key milestones, and potential risks.


  • Business Growth:
  • Collaborate with Sales & Commercial teams to identify opportunities for leveraging technology to drive sales and increase revenue.

  • Offer strategic insights and solutions to optimise sales and commercial processes.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to support business development initiatives.


  • Transformation and Innovation:
  • Lead and manage IT projects from concept to delivery, ensuring successful implementation and seamless integration.

  • Review client specifications with the development team and make necessary adjustments to meet business requirements.

  • Drive transformation initiatives, promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and best practices.


  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the IT team, promoting teamwork and effective communication.

  • Work with IT leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of our technology ecosystem.

    Proven experience as an IT Business Partner, Business Analyst, or a similar role.

  • Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong understanding of sales and commercial processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Ability to adapt to change and promote innovative solutions
