Internal Technical Support Engineer M / F

As part of the Technical Support Team, you will provide continuous professional technical support to meet and service the needs of all our customers.

Your job description will include the following key responsibilities :

• Process technical support enquiries (phone and email)


• Log customer feedback via CRM


• Provide product information to customers


• Provide product issue feedback to Product Management and Engineering


• Respond to action customer enquiries:
