Internal Communications Manager

Eurocell are a stock market listed Plc and the market leader for uPVC products within the building industry. The successful candidate will take ownership of the development, ownership and execution of all internal multi-media communications throughout the Eurocell Group of Companies. This role represents an exceptional opportunity for a self-starter that really wants to make a difference within internal communications within a successful Plc, as this is a rare opportunity to own and develop the full matrix of activity.

WHAT OUR INTERNAL COMMINICATIONS MANAGER WILL DO:

• Ownership, development and execution of regular and ad-hoc internal communications pieces throughout the Eurocell Group


• Act as the SME and conduit for all group internal communications


• Work in conjunction with our Marketing Team to inform and design Brand, look, and feel of digital and hard copy communications


• Review, develop, communicate, and deliver a multi-media communications framework, and engagement and visibility programmes


• Work to strict deadlines to create engaging copy and supporting media


• Influence stakeholder input regarding consistent and relevant communications


• Design governance pathways to ensure consistent, clear, relevant and engaging communications to both engaged and hard to reach populations


• Develop existing assets, and seek new and engaging methods of delivery


• Design and maintain a business-wide communication schedule
  
  Previous experience designing, and delivering engaging internal communications


• Solid copy writing experience


• Ability to plan own workload, with the effective management of time and deadlines


• Ability to work in a hands-on, stand alone capacity


• Previous stakeholder management

  You will be rewarded with a very competitive basic salary of between 40,000 and 50,000
