Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our remarkable team as an Analyst and be responsible for the production, analysis and delivery of high quality healthcare information and to support achievement of Trust performance against national and local targets and influence operational decision making in vital Trust management.

Our team operates on a hybrid basis in terms of working location with a split of flexible working between home and our office base on Suite 19 at Castle Hill Hospital. + Have knowledge and practical experience of using SQL.
+ Have knowledge and practical experience of reporting techniques and presentations.
+ Have previous experience of working in an information management environment.
+ Have a strong interest in skills progression in the field of digital solutions.
Be great, but not essential if you:
+ Have knowledge and use of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or Power BI.
+ Have knowledge of NHS Data Definitions or NHS national delivery targets such as Referral To Treatment (RTT), Cancer Waits etc.
Annual leave entitlement of 27 days, raising to 29 days after 5 years NHS service and 33 days after 10 years NHS service.
