HR & Resourcing Co-ordinator

Provide support and guidance to onsite Senior Management Team (SMT) and Managers on the interpretation and implementation of Priory's HR policies and procedures ensuring consistent employment practice at site. Act as first point of contact for employee queries at site. Managing workflow to ensure all HR administration process are delivered accurately and on time.

Completion of Substantive and Bank payroll.

Ensure all site learning and development is up to date and compliant.

Priory Hospital Lincolnshire is a 28 bed forensic low secure hospital comprising of two 14 bed wards; Lancaster being the acute admissions ward and Scampton being the rehabilitation ward focusing on community reintegration.

The service supports male patients detained under the Mental Health Act, experiencing mental illness and personality disorders.

Situated in peaceful surroundings in the Lincolnshire countryside, approximately 10 miles from the town of Gainsborough.
