Recognised by Ofsted as being a 'Good' provider of children's social care, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join Birmingham Children's Trust on a fixed term 12-month contract as HR Project Support Officer.

As a key member of the HR team, you will report to the HR Business Partner - Equal Pay Programme and play a vital role in supporting the successful completion of the Equal Pay Programme.

The Equal Pay Programme has been designed to establish a robust and equal pay system within Birmingham Childrens Trust, with the view to review around 350 roles and have a new pay and grading structure in place for April 2025.

As a HR Project Support Officer you will support with the implementation of a fast-paced project, liaising with key stakeholders both within the Trust and externally. You will coordinate and support meetings, proactively actioning any next steps to ensure timescales are adhered too.

You will be a primary contact for the project on behalf of the Trust and will be responding and answering queries and escalating where required.

With excellent communication, business partnering, you will apply a flexible working approach to build effective collaborative working relationships with a range of stakeholders and team members. You will be an effective self-starter, have excellent organisational skills coupled with the ability to prioritise your work to meet deadlines; whilst remaining focused in this fast-paced environment.
