Full Job Description

The HR Administrator will be responsible for assisting the HR department in day today operations, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining accurate records. This role will involve a variety of administrative duties, including but not limited to recruitment support, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and HR data management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem solving., 1. Recruitment Support:
Assist in job posting on various platforms and websites.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates.
Conduct initial interviews or assessments as required.
Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking system.

2. Employee Onboarding:
Prepare new hire paperwork and ensure all documents are completed accurately.
Coordinate orientation sessions and assist in the onboarding process.
Set up new employee profiles in HR systems and databases.
Facilitate training sessions for new hires on HR policies and procedures.

3. Benefits Administration:
Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits programs.
Coordinate enrolment processes for health insurance, retirement plans, etc.
Update employee records with changes in benefits status.
Communicate with benefits providers to resolve issues or discrepancies.

4. HR Data Management:
Maintain employee files and records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Update HR databases with changes in employee information.
Generate reports and analyse HR metrics as needed.
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality of HR information.

5. General Administrative Support:
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and HR related events.
Prepare HR correspondence, memos, and reports.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.
Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
