Full Job Description

  • Manage the overall job performance. Work with the commercial team on cost advice, unexpected works, understand the tender and agreed standards

  • Provide recourses to enable customer care issues to be resolved effectively.

  • Working to a programme of works and ensuring productivity on site.

  • Monitor safety, liaising with directors, the Health and Safety team and site staff as required.

  • Manage effective communication between site and office.

  • Completing necessary audits, paperwork, and documentation.

  • Liaising with customers and other contractors.

  • Manage sub-contractors on site, checking works carried out.

  • Knowledge and experience of CDM regulations.

  • To read, understand and familiarise yourself with the company's policies and procedures and always ensure compliancy including Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental procedures.

  • Interpreting construction drawings and specifications

    Experience manging large scale projects.

  • Strong leadership and management skills

  • Effective oral and written skills.

  • Ability to manage all on-site health and safety.

  • Very strong organisational skills.

  • Organising and managing material and plant requirements.

  • Managing on site meetings.

  • CDM requirements and our own Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental procedures.

  • Proven experience of working effectively within a team.

  • Hard working and motivated to achieve high standards of work.

  • Conflict resolutions skills

  • Decision Making and problem-solving skills.

  • Prioritisation Skills.

  • Ability to multitask.

  • Hands on approach., Site Management (SSSTS)

  • CSCS / CPCS Qualification (minimum 1 year)

  • First Aid at Work

  • Temporary Works Coordinator / Supervisor

  • NRSWA Supervisor (desirable not but essential)

  • Full UK Driving Licence
