Full Job Description

Oversee daily operations, including the kitchen and service areas
- Manage and train staff members to ensure excellent customer service
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and provide training
- Monitor food production and quality to meet customer expectations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing initiatives

Previous experience in a pub, restaurant or hotel management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations
- Familiarity with food and health & safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Proficiency in computer systems, including POS systems
