Greet customers as they enter with a friendly welcoming manner.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using till system.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Provide information about menu, promotions, and have knowledge of allergies and intolerances.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner always communicating with manager on shift.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations at the front end of the store

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front of house to join our team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment., Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of restaurant, food preparation, bartending, or hospitality industry is a plus
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays
