Full Job Description

As FP&A Manager, you will be producing robust and accurate financial modelling in order to deliver practice level and consolidated budgets and forecast for Bupa Dental UK & Ireland. You will be responsible for all planning submission to the Bupa Market Unit (MU) and assist senior management in understanding the trends of underlying business performance.
This is a hybrid role and there is a requirement to be in the office at least once a fortnight.
Responsibilities
+ Manage the financial planning process, including preparing the annual P&L budget cycle, in year forecasts and monthly flash reporting processes, for senior management to review and approve.
+ Work closely with the Finance Business Partners during the annual practice budget cycle, to ensure practice level budgets are robust, timely and accurate; and are aligned to the overall consolidated submission to MU.
+ Manage the Group Cashflow and Balance Sheet budget submissions.
+ Liaise with the Management Accounts teams to build accurate practice level cost budgets.
+ To own all planning submissions to the market unit
+ A competent user of both the Hyperion planning tool and Oracle reporting tool.
+ Adopt an approach of continuous improvement, diving into root cause solutions to improve process and procedures and instil this across the team.

+ Qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA)
+ Experienced using Oracle & Hyperion planning tools.
+ Advanced Excel and data manipulation skills (modelling, pivot tables).
+ Attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
+ Commercially focused, inquisitive and has a 'can-do' attitude.
+ A good communicator and a 'people person.'
+ Comfortable presenting complex financial information with insight for senior management.
