Finishing Technician

Daily duties include:

• Hand polish finished jewellery including wedding rings, pendants, earrings and various stone set pieces.


• Knowledge of compounds and mops to work on precious metals (9ct,14ct,18ct and 22ct palladium and platinum)


• Ensure customer orders are produced accurately and to product quality standards.


• Undertake all types of finishing, including barrelling, rhodium plating to the order specification.


• Be able to help maintain team performance towards agreed targets in line with department standards, including times and volumes.


• Ability to problem solve on quality issues.


• Must be confident in using tools and machinery including compounds, steamer and ultrasonic.
  
  We are looking to recruit an experienced full time Jewellery Finishing Technician to join our finishing shop. You will be part of a strong team working ethos, dealing with all aspects of high-quality polishing and finishing., Previous experience is essential.


Have a good hand/eye coordination.

Ability to problem solve on quality issues.

Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to work proactively.

Must be a team player.

Knowledge of Jewellery trade is required.,
