    • We are now looking for a Financial Controller to join us here in our Richmond Office. Whether you are a Financial Controller looking for something new, or an experienced Management Accountant looking to step up, we would love to hear from you.
  • What you will doYou will join the CFO, Management Accountant, Junior Management Accountant and Clerk, at a pivotal time of growth.

    • Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
    Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
    Prepare and publish timely monthly consolidated financial statementsboard packs
    Support month-end and year-end close process
    Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
    Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
    Assist with Ddeveloping and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
    Mentor and develop finance staff

  • Who you areYou are a Financial Controller in an SME looking for a new project, or a Management Accountant looking to grow into a Financial Controller role.

    • 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
    Advanced degree in Accounting
    CPA or CMA preferred
    NetSuite experience
    Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
    Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
