Field Supervisor

This is a critical role that ensures our clients and care professionals are receiving the correct support while maintaining our incredibly high standards of service. You will be required to create, update, and audit client care plans alongside conducting client reviews and action accordingly.

This role requires an individual who will be in the field with our team and clients as well as updating systems. This role informs us of our performance affecting every part of the business.

• Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent.


• Experience with target-focused compliance and key performance indicators


• Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.


• Must be confident in managing people.


• Must know about GDPR


• Must have a full driving license and means of transport if required within the territory to visit clients.


• Be organised and flexible to meet the needs of the business


• Oncall duties on a rota basis with other staff
