Full Job Description

  • Weekly inspections of the internal and external infrastructure, gardens and organization, the maintenance and upkeep thereof.

  • Routine facility and equipment maintenance.

  • Daily close of business clean-up and tool tidy assistance and management

  • Production line assembly assistance where applicable

  • Shipment packing assistance where applicable.

  • Landscaping as required.

  • Sorting, repacking and disposal of retained and redundant equipment.

  • Other duties as assigned.

    Schooling to at least GCSE level

  • At least two years of verifiable experience (three or more highly desirable) maintaining buildings both interior and exterior, including all aspects of landscaping desirable.

  • Experience in electrical, plumbing and landscaping a plus

  • Ability to perform basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general hand and electric powered tools.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with ability to receive and respond to work assignments in both formats.

  • Strong command of the English language both spoken and written.

  • Follow oral and written instructions; maintain cooperative working relationships; demonstrate sensitivity to, and respect for a diverse population.

  • Detail orientation with a mindset towards meeting the organizations high standards for maintenance of facilities.
