Fabricator - Stainless Steel TIG

Fabricate and weld stainless steel products to bespoke drawings
- Fabricate and weld mild steel products to bespoke drawings
- Use power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble metal parts
- Read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams
- Ensure the quality of finished products
- Conduct site repairs, and fitting bespoke products on client sites
- Maintain a clean and organised work area

Our work is primarily fabricating bespoke stainless steel products for the food manufacturing industry, so time served experience in TIG welding and fabricating from drawings is essential.

This is an interesting and varied role, fabricating bespoke products from our workshop, and working on site for fitting and site repairs as required., Proven experience as a fabricator/welder
- Experienced in TIG, MIG and MMA welding
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of basic math principles, ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in metal fabrication
- Strong fabrication skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift objects
- Driving License Required - driving is required for site work and a clean license is preferred for our fleet insurance.,
