Full Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our team on part time basis (2/3 days a week). This role is crucial for supporting our CIO directly and ensuring the smooth operation of various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will embody the traits of getting things done, having a growth mindset, influencing responsibly, and making an inspirational impact while working smart.,

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings; ensuring that they align with the company's strategic objectives.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.

  • Prepare reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents as needed.

  • Handle confidential information and sensitive communications with the utmost discretion.

  • Assist in the preparation and organisation of company events, meetings, and conferences.

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure that executive requirements and requests are efficiently met.

  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making.

  • Foster a positive working environment that drives productivity and employee engagement.

    Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

  • A proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.

  • High level of professionalism and the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or equivalent Google productivity suite.

  • A growth mindset with a willingness to adapt and learn new skills., Experience in project management.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based project and task management tools such as Microsoft Teams or Asana.

  • Background in working within a technology-driven company.
