Full Job Description

Our client is a leading brand, redefining the Event Industry for the last 15 years, delivering over 250+ events worldwide, leaving their attendees wanting more. As part of their expansion, they are in search of an Events Coordinator to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate would ideally have a background within the Event Industry. The successful candidate will need to be able to orchestrate and produce a line-up of in-person and virtual events and plan the logistics behind travel for the entire length of the event. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business and become a part of a well-integrated team.,

  • Orchestrate and produce a line-up of in-person and virtual events (5-10 events a year).

  • Collaborating with 3rd party stakeholders and speaking with sponsors.

  • Be able to present a handpicked selection of top-tier venues, hotels and dining experiences to the Global Events Manager.

  • Coordinate logistics seamlessly with the internal team.

  • Proficiently able to work within an annual budget to deliver maximum impact and minimal costs.

  • Global travel required to run the events - non-negotiable.

    Exceptional customer service.

  • Adobe InDesign desirable.

  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and planning skills with an eye for detail.

  • Excellent communication skills both internally and with clients.

  • Demonstrated ownership, initiative, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Flexibility and adaptability with great attention to detail.

  • Excellent telephone manners and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to interact with a wide variety of people and highly communicable.

  • Self-starter, Conscientious, approachable, and enthusiastic.

    Working Hours: 8:00 am-4:30 pm (can vary depending on events).

  • Onsite working.

  • Travelling is a key aspect of this role.
