Engineering Manager

Join a hugely successful, multi-site, family-owned food manufacturer as the new Engineering Manager on a site with a fantastic culture.

Work with a forward-thinking Site Manager (he's a great boss!) to manage multiple projects and develop an already well-established team.

The Role

• Manage multiple projects on site.


• Coach and develop to Engineering team.


• Maintain plant efficiency, deploying PPM using Shire etc.


• Foster relationships with stakeholders and maintain clear communication.


• Implement continuous improvement - improve efficiency as well as exploring new concepts.


• Maintain "audit readiness".
  
  Experience as an Engineering Manager in the food industry.


• A strong leader who takes ownership of building and developing the team.


• A confident problem solver.


• Project Management experience


• A can-do, positive attitude in line with the values and culture of the site.
