Engineering Apprentice Level 3

Comprehensive Training: As an apprentice, you will work at Loadpoint LTD and attend Bournemouth & Poole College one day per week during term time.

Qualification: You will complete a 4-year Level 3 Apprenticeship as an Engineering Machining Technician.

Hands-On Experience: You will rotate through various departments, including CNC machinery, turning, milling, grinding, inspection, design, and assembly. This will provide you with a thorough understanding of each area before you specialize in precision grinding, working to very tight tolerances., We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who:

• Have a keen interest in engineering.


• Are eager to learn and develop new skills.


• Can work both independently and as


• part of a team.


• You will need to be committed to completing a 4-year apprenticeship program.


• Have good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
