Full Job Description

This role will support the HR function with the management of strategic projects and higher risk employee relations cases, including supporting and advising HRBPs and Heads of HR. The role will require the holder to manage projects and cases through to their conclusion in a way which balances the needs of the individuals with the commercial objectives of the business. The role will work across functions to support the strategic objectives of Vodafone regarding people decisions.

  • Deliver strategic advice to support the management of business projects (e.g. TUPE transfers, team restructuring, redundancy programmes).

  • Work with line managers and HRBPs to enable them to manage high-risk employee relations cases through to a conclusion.

  • Work with ER Case Managers to coordinate the delivery of follow up actions arising from the conclusion of a high-risk case, ensuring that key stakeholders understand their accountabilities.

    Experience of ER or employment law strongly desirable

  • Willingness to own and solve problems, offer solutions, suggest improvements

  • Experience in influencing and building effective relationships including with HRBPs and senior stakeholders

  • Demonstrable experience of delivering solutions to complex problems
