Are you an organised & proficient professional seeking a fast faced project coordination role? We are searching for an Electrical Project Manager to oversee a variety of Electrical projects, ranging from Residential to Industry & Commercial Projects. If you're passionate about delivering excellence, ensuring safety, and driving project success, we invite you to be a key part of our team., As an Electrical Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to our high standards while managing the coordination and execution of electrical projects across our group. This will include -

  • Planning electrical projects, including determining specifications, selecting contractors, establishing installation schedules, verifying requirements, and updating cost estimates.

  • Working closely with the HSEQ department to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain portfolio updates.

  • Ensuring adherence to Point of Connection dates, preventing any missed deadlines.

  • Producing monthly team audit and toolbox talk programs to meet targets effectively.

  • Managing incoming paperwork from sites onto the electrical contractor returns spreadsheet, and processing completed tasks onto the highlighted drawing for each contract.

  • Monitoring the progress and efficiency of field staff work, highlighting any issues to the line manager.

  • Collaborating with AP/SAPs to obtain relevant paperwork for upcoming DNO/IDNO connections, resolving outstanding issues before audit dates.

  • Constructing weekly & monthly works reports for the electrical engineering manager.

    In order to excel in this position, we seek individuals with a background in project coordination or management. Additionally, we are interested in candidates who possess the following:

  • Experience working within a team environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain compelling relationships.

  • Ability to work on own initiative with a self-motivated approach.

  • Ability to investigate, resolve, or escalate both internal and external customer issues and requirements.

  • Excellent organisational skills and report writing skills

  • Computer literate, with proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).

  • Experience in the Construction/Utility sector would be advantageous.

  • NRSWA, SMSTS, EUSR, and CSCS cards/certification would be ideal.
