As part of the interview process successful candidates will be required to be observed teaching in their own schools week beginning 10th June 2024.

The Governors seek to appoint a committed, experienced and highly skilled class teacher with experience teaching and leading within Early Years.

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational Leader who:

  • Has proven successful teaching experience within Early Years

  • Has expereince of leading a team and improving practice within Early Years including providing CPD for staff.

  • Has the energy, vision and drive to inspire the Early Years Team to maintain the highest standards of teaching and learning

  • Has the warmth, compassion and sense of fun to preserve our pupil friendly and nurturing learning environment

  • Is willing to put the needs of our pupils at the core of their decision making

  • Will further strengthen partnerships with parents in their child's education as well as developing and nurturing strong relationships with the wider school community

  • Applicants will need to provide leadership of a high quality in the academic, pastoral and management fields within Early Years and be able to show evidence of the successful implementation of change.

    The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
