Full Job Description
- Ownership of current Customer Service channels (e-mail/social media)
- Research & implement new CS technologies to improve customer satisfaction
- Oversee PPC channels (Google/Social/Amazon)
- Create & Optimise landing pages, implementing SEO best practices
- Create graphic assets for use across all channels
- Own & grow our affiliate marketing channel (AWIN)
- Min 1 year marketing experience
- Decent understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Experience with business to customer social media and content generation
- Strong creative and analytical skills, Digital marketing: 1 year (required)
Revival is a drinks brand focused on hydration. Our products support those with an active lifestyle to rehydrate & ease recovery, allowing them to live their best day every day. Due to continued growth both domestically & in our international markets, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team.
We are a small team, so you will have exposure across all aspects of the business & there will be times when you will be required to support the warehouse with pick/packing orders during peak times.
The role has a focus on our PPC channels, but will encompass all aspects of marketing as well as ownership of our customer service communications.
We're looking for someone with some marketing experience and general concept of e-commerce practices. Revival offers you the perfect platform to learn and develop your skills, our small, hands on team will be there to teach & support you, putting you in a position to take ownership of the PPC channels in time.
