Full Job Description

· Collect, organise, and maintain data within the company's databases and systems.

· Work closely with the sales and purchase team to ensure the correct information is received, corrected, and updated on the ERP system.

· Assist the Sales Team with quotations and documentation.

· Assist the purchase department to liaise with brand owners and suppliers, manage technical information requirements.

· Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing inventory within the warehouse.

· Prepare orders for shipment and ensure accuracy in product selection.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization in both the office and warehouse space.

· Conduct stocktakes and utilise the company ERP system while continuously improving working processes.

· Answer calls and perform general administration duties.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team. While no experience is necessary, in this role, you will be responsible for populating and organising data within our company's systems, while also providing assistance to other departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately. · IT literacy, comfortable using Excel and IT systems.
