Full Job Description

  • Assist customers in person, over the phone and via email

  • Learn company policies and procedures to provide accurate information and solutions to customers

  • Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues

  • Use company software and tools to record track and manage customer interactions

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues

  • Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills and knowledge of our services

  • Maintain a positive customer focussed attitude

  • Adhere to company policies and standards regarding customer confidentiality, data protection and ethical conduct.

    Customer service practitioner level 2 apprenticeship standard qualification.


  • Functional skills in English and maths, if required.

    Training will be provided by Solihull College and an assessor will be allocated to support you. Coaching will be provided in the workplace, on teams as well as scheduled sessions at the Solihull campus and time spent training will be part of the agreed working hours. At the end of your training, you will complete a showcase of your work, undergo an observation at work and a professional discussion, and you will receive a Level 2 customer service practitioner qualification. You may also study level 2 functional skills maths /English., Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Team working, Positive attitude, GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4 (C) or above) Desired
