Customer Service Advisor (Onboarding & Security Vetting) - Sheffield (Hybrid Working) - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract,

  • You will conduct, pre -employment screening and vetting checks for new entrants and existing Royal Mail employees.

  • Efficiently utilise MS Excel to manipulate and track candidate data through the vetting and joining process.

  • Be responsible for effectively utilising the in-house systems, ensuring that all campaign and candidate vetting information is up to date and accurate.

  • Effectively and professionally engage with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

  • Prioritise own workloads and support colleagues in the delivery of the HR Services recruitment product.

    To be successful in this job you will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Excellent PC Skills, including MS Word and MS Excel .

  • Previous onboarding, vetting experience or recruitment experience essential

  • Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle numerous tasks concurrently

    Salary: £23,080pa pro rata, quarterly bonus potential, company pension scheme with highly competitive contribution rates ,generous annual leave offering of 26 days, plus bank holidays.
    Fixed Term Contract, Full Time, 33 Hours per week.
    Location: Royal Mail, Pond Street, Sheffield, S98 6HR. This is a hybrid working role with an expectation to work in the Pond Street, Sheffield office 3 days per week and at home 2 days per week.,
