Full Job Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about products and services.

  • Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate smooth order fulfilment.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints.

  • Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and production to ensure seamless communication and alignment on customer-related activities and initiatives.

    This is a varied role maintaining our company's reputation for outstanding client service. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to our valued clients. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction will be instrumental in ensuring positive interactions and fostering long-term relationships with our clients. The role will be office based., Excellent numeracy, literacy, administration and organisation skills, along with the ability to work well with a small team and under varying workloads and time pressures.

  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written).

  • A self starter capable of acting and working under their own initiative.

  • An eye for detail and the ability to produce high quality and accurate work.

  • Strong IT skills.

  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help clients.

  • Previous experience in customer services administration preferred., GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
