Full Job Description

·Receiving customer sales orders and releasing them to our warehouse for picking or purchasing for fulfilment.

·Liaising with management and account managers to ensure a smooth order pipeline and the resolution of any customer issues in a professional, timely fashion.

·Reporting to the team leader and managing a workload of orders and sending down as required.

·Sending out proof of deliveries and answering courier queries.

·Dealing with paperwork pulls and daily paperwork processing & filing.

· Any other ad-hoc admin, office support and commercial duties as required

We are currently seeking a hardworking team player with good people skills and a keen interest in administration and customer service to join our team based in Chatham Maritime, Kent.

The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, excited to be involved in an ever-growing business and passionate in providing excellent customer service to our Concierge clients.

A positive attitude and good attention to detail are a must, along with the ability to contribute to a team as needed, and the drive to manage new as well as existing accounts., · Good attention to detail

· An understanding of the importance of keeping and maintaining customer information and records.

· The ability to build new and existing relationships via both phone calls and email.

· A confident, positive, and determined approach

· Strong professional communicational skills, oral and written

· To enjoy working with people

· A keen interest in developing their customer service skills.

· Computer literacy - Microsoft Office, CRM package.

· Good time keeping

Essential:

· GCSE Maths and English (A-C grade or above) or equivalent
