Full Job Description
Full training will be given. You will be fully supervised until you achieve the required level of competence.
Contacting new customers:
- Reviewing their basic details
- Reviewing their questionnaire responses
- Requesting ID if necessary
- Answering any questions
Updating of the CRM system accordingly for each action.
Ad Hock assistance to Credit Control / FOS teams in busy spikes

We currently have several customer onboarding assistant roles available. Would suit someone who has customer services / phone experience and good communication skills. Target driven.
