Full Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated candidate with previous experience in a Customer Liaison Role, to join our ever-expanding team. The successful person will be responsible for engaging & supporting our Customers and Operational teams across projects within the West Midlands.,

  • Liaising with customers ensuring a high level of communication to help build relationships.

  • Reporting to the project manager regularly regarding any ongoing issues and feedback

  • Communicating with the customer service team, monitoring all feedback

  • Ensuring customer enquiries are recorded and responded to promptly.

  • Assisting the site managers in monitoring ongoing installations and instructing installation teams, to ensure they are working to the companies HSE & Quality standards.

    The ideal candidate will have experience as a Customer / Tenant Liaison Officer and have a strong knowledge of the local area., Have a valid UK driving license.

  • Be experienced in this role (or similar)

  • Have strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise & multitask.

  • Have excellent communication skills, written & verbal.

  • Be proactive & have an enthusiastic approach to customer service.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience as a Customer / Tenant Liaison Officer and have a strong knowledge of the local area.
