Full Job Description

  • Firstly, and most importantly demonstrate to our customers that you care, and you are here to help them.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and Live chat, providing solutions and putting the customer in the right place.

  • Using the training and support provided to give high quality responses on Social Media and review platforms.

  • Working some weekend days on a rota basis to cover our seven-day operation.

    You will be engaging and reassuring for our customers, being able to provide effective and professional communication through all channels.


  • Working in the same environment isn't essential but being able to operate in a fast paced environment and having a great attitude and hunger to learn is a must.

    Furniture Village are currently looking for a talented and committed Customer Care Advisor, to join our Customer Care Team, based next to Junction 13 on the M1. This is a full-time, permanent role, and not only offers a market leading salary of £31,000, but the potential of a Group performance bonus of 10%.
