Credit Control - Summer Placement Students

Working alongside Credit Control in the Finance department to facilitate the smooth process and administration of the customer queries from start to finish.

• Inbox duties for cascading of queries/Disputes to the team folder


• Logging of queries/Disputes on Credit Hound


• Actioning checks on Vision/TMS that corrections have been completed


• Actioning the Credit notes and re-invoicing if required on Sage 200


• Ensuring customer receives corrections-checking by phone


• Closing of query/dispute on Credit Hound and updating Query Spreadsheet


• Confirming to Credit Controller query closed.


• Ad-hoc administration duties when needed
