Creative Producer

We are looking for a Creative Producer to join our newly formed Creative Studio and play a key role in the delivery of exceptional creative across a diverse range of projects and media.

In this role, you'll produce eye-catching and thumb-stopping creative assets for our club media channels and beyond. You'll be responsible for producing projects from concept to delivery, working with our internal creative departments, as well as external agencies and freelancers.

You will be part of an ambitious team that aims to think and act progressively, and you will be vital in strengthening our relationship with our supporters through producing excellent creative work.

Your day-to-day:

• Connect our creative output with our supporters - you'll work closely with our Creative Studio Lead to produce creative concepts across all our touchpoints (digital, video, OOH, print etc) and ensure we connect with our supporters in an inspiring and emotional way


• Drive multiple creative projects - you'll manage a range of exciting projects running through our creative studio and be the key point of contact for stakeholders across our club


• Lead the production of vital campaign work - you will be instrumental in producing campaign work and collaborate with our internal video and design teams and with external creative agencies and freelancers where needed


• Craft realistic creative concepts - you'll work closely with the team to define ideas that are fit for production and feasible within our timeframes and budgets


• Act as a brand guardian - you will be a passionate advocate for our tone of voice and club values when working with external stakeholders


• Keep our club at the forefront of cultural relevance - you'll take great pride in ensuring we keep track of trends and cultural influences to create ever-relevant creative work
  
  Proven production experience - you've honed your skills within a leading brand or agency


• Track record of producing stellar work - you come with an exciting portfolio/showreel that demonstrates your role across a diverse range of multi-platform work


• Background in playing a lead role in production - you're well versed in leading the way with production on medium-sized campaigns and projects


• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills - you expertly keep projects running on schedule and in budget, whilst managing expectations with ease


• Experience of production processes - you're able to take responsibility for NDAs, release forms, licensing, risk assessment, managing contributors and delivery formats


• Best-in-class attention to detail - you hold yourself to a high standard and come equipped with a strong sense of pride in your work


• Audience first mindset - you possess a good understanding of how to engage with different audiences all over the world


• Exceptional communicator and courageous teamplayer - you're proud of your ability to articulate your ideas clearly and you collaborate effectively with a range of colleagues.
