Full Job Description

  • Conduct regular patrols of assigned sites

  • Monitor CCTV and alarm systems

  • Respond to security incidents and emergencies

  • Maintain accurate logs and reports

  • Ensure the safety and security of all personnel and property

    If you have a full-time job but need a bit extra cash occasionally, We at JNB Property Services seek reliable and experienced Cover Security Guards to join our team.

    • The successful candidate will provide security services at various sites as needed, covering both permanent-contracted and temporary sites.
    Training will be provided for each site,
  • Valid SIA license (required)


    • Good with Microsoft suite(Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Completed health and safety courses:

  • Legionella Awareness

  • Health and Safety Level 1

  • ACT Awareness

  • Fire Safety

  • Asbestos Awareness

  • First Aid

  • Fire Warden

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends and holidays
