Corporate / ECM Lawyer 3-6PQE- US Law Firm

This stellar US law firm is currently seeking a corporate associate with some solid M&A and ECM experience at the mid to senior level to join their London office.

An excellent academic record and a proven track record are pre-requisites. The new recruit will come from a top tier City/US firm ideally with previous experience of premium listing ECM matters. Experience/an interest in the technology and/or life sciences sectors would be advantageous.
